My name is Arpine and I am a home baker/cake decorator based in Los Angeles and the creator of AA Desserts!
I specialize in customizing desserts and all things sweet, personalizing cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, and more to fit the theme of your event! I love to make everyone feel special on their most important days - birthdays, graduations, bridal showers, gender reveals, or just for fun!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been baking with my favorite people. My most treasured memories come from propping myself on my grandmas counter as we baked family recipes passed down through generations, or came up with new recipes with my mom to try out. My love for baking and decorating only grew over time. Seeing the joy on people’s face as they take their first bite of the dessert, or the pure shock on their face when they see their personalized custom cake made with everything that they love, fills my heart with so much happiness. It’s the reason I do what I do.
When I was 13 years old, I officially started ‘AA Desserts,’ a name cleverly inspired by my initials, Arpine Assadourian. I made cakes for family and friends as the word slowly began to spread to others who wanted to support my new mini business. To anyone that’s ordered over the last 10+ years, your love, support, and trust has meant the world to me, and I hope to continue creating more desserts for all to come!
